Excerpt from the April District Newsletter: A message from DG Don Moore
 
"The more we can share about what we do as Rotarians, the more support we will earn in our communities and the more we will be able to attract new members into our clubs. You have heard it from me before, and you will hear it from DGE Doug. Membership is one of the priorities in Rotary. We need to engage everyone in our clubs. We need to share what Rotary is all about. Please encourage your members, both old and new, to enrol in the Rotary Leadership Institute being offered in May in Sarnia.”
 
Please consider signing up for the Rotary Leadership Institute sessions. It is a great way to learn more about Rotary. Our club supports these programs and will pay for any member who wishes to register for these classes. If you are interested but unable to attend the next course, please let President Pierre Chateauvert know and he can provide you with more information regarding other classes.
 

ROTARY LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

SHINING WATERS DIVISION
(Districts 6330, 7010, 7070, 7080 & 7090)

Saturday May 3rd 2014, at Lambton College, 1457 London Rd, Sarnia, ON N7S 6K4, 8:30AM to 4:00PM.

 The Rotary Leadership Institute Program consists of three parts, I, II and III, to be taken progressively. Each part is a one day seminar, those taking Part II must have completed Part I; to take Part III, Part II must have been completed. The Parts are divided into 6 modules of approximately 55 minutes each. Attendees register for one part only at a cost of $75.00 which covers light breakfast, breaks, lunch and materials.

  • If you are a Rotarian from District 6330, click the "Membersr" button and indicate which part you will be attending under the Comments section.

    indicate which part you will be attending under the Comments section.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Register on or before Friday April 25th 2014.

Classes are limited to 16 participants per Part.

Courses are fun, topical and interactive. They are geared toward busy business and professional community leaders who wish to be knowledgeable about Rotary and be more effective leaders in their Vocation and in their Rotary Club.

Rotary Clubs are encouraged to select at least two candidates for R.L.I. training annually and to pay the registration fee.
