2019 Global Literacy Work Party

From Dec 1, 2018 until February 28, 2019, our Rotary Club collected gently used or new backpacks, computer bags and school supplies which we will sort and pack supplies into the bags. These bags will then be delivered to one of the loading containers destined for South Africa, Haiti or Guyana. On March 2, 2019 thirteen members of our club, plus Morag Watt (member of the RC Grand Bend Global Literacy Project) who guided us in how the bags should be packed. We also had Lucie's daughter, Alexandra Stephens helping us.
